It is her job to constantly monitor marketing trends and create new and appropriate avenues of exposure for the properties that Mark represents. Brandon Hancock

A Buyer's advocate with local experience and market know-how. Brandon is a life-long Washingtonian who knows the inventory and the neighborhoods. His UW degree in construction management and work as a project engineer offer his Clients an additional layer of knowledge to support their buying decisions. Clients are always impressed and relaxed by Brandon's meticulous approach to every detail of the transaction. His dedicated investment of organization and commitment create a confident buying experience for his clients.
Caitlin Coakley
Office Manager / Licensed
Caitlin has over eight years of real estate experience working for Coldwell Banker and Windermere Brokers. She simultaneously coordinated work flows for over nine top producing agents and offers an extreme level of organizational skills and management expertise to the VDB Team. Caitlin personally coordinates the detailed process of listing each home and bringing it to market. In addition, her thorough knowledge of each property enables her to oversee every element of the transaction process through mutual acceptance to closing. She orchestrates office procedures and ensures that even the smallest detail is addressed. Caitlin is a University of Washington graduate.
Jedidiah Gardner
Creative Director
Arriving from the competitive New York market, Jedidiah provides the marketing collateral for all of Mark’s advertising campaigns. Managing online presence and identity, he employs a detail-orientated approach to design and the overall aesthetic. His artistic eye also lends itself to outstanding property photography. Possessing a BFA in graphic design, Jedidiah leverages his understanding of production and pre-press operations to provide a high quality product. He continually researches and develops fresh and effective ideas to assure that Mark’s marketing places your home far above the competition.
Vickie Cooley
Mortgage Broker
Vickie brings a wealth of real estate experience to the VDB Team. Having over 21 years of knowledge in luxury home mortgage consulting, Vickie earned national recognition as one of the top mortgage lenders in the country. Her professional standards and integrity insure the highest quality of service for our most discriminating clients. We are honored that she has chosen to work with the VDB Team. Her community involvements include Rotary International, Hopelink, YWCA and Washington Women in Need.
