Just as being informed during the Listing Process, we keep you informed during the Sales Process. A detailed Purchase and Sale Timeline will be mailed and emailed to you. This timeline includes dates that must be followed very closely in order to assure a successful transaction.
This is the date that the property is conveyed to the Buyer from the Seller. We'll call you, usually in the afternoon, on the Closing Date to congratulate you on the closing.
This is the date when the Buyer takes possession of the home. Usually, it is at 9pm on the Possession date agreed to by the Buyer and Seller unless otherwise noted in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
